• Developing and maintaining data models using tools like dbt to ensure our data is well-structured and accessible for analysis.
• Designing and implementing robust data pipelines to ingest, clean, and process investment-related data from various sources.
• Connecting and integrating data sources using Fivetran, ensuring seamless data flow into our Snowflake data warehouse.
• Implementing data governance policies and managing access rights to ensure that sensitive investment data is handled securely and compliantly.
• Collaborating closely with local and international colleagues to align data engineering efforts across business lines
• Building and maintaining data validation and testing frameworks to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Automating infrastructure management using Terraform, ensuring scalability and reliability of our data systems.
• Using Git for version control, ensuring that all changes to data pipelines, models, and infrastructure are tracked and managed effectively.

• A strong technical background with experience in data and analytics engineering
• Proven experience in building and managing data pipelines and models using tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy and compliance topics
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
