The Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead and drive the development and expansion of our Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) platform, including M2M (Machine-to-Machine), and Over-The-Air (OTA) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.This position requires a deep understanding of telecommunications, eSIM technology, and the evolving M2M/IoT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the Remote SIM Provisioning platform, focusing on enabling scalable connectivity for Consumer & IoT devices and OTA provisioning.
- Align product development with GSMA SGP specifications and industry best practices for RSP and SIM management.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and business models to enhance the RSP platform’s value proposition for MNOs, MVNOs and Enterprises.
Product Development & Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end product development, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting market demands.
- Set a clear vision outlining the squad’s purpose and develop a strategy tailored to the squad’s capabilities
- Organise the team working in Agile methodology
- Define the work (Epics/Features/Stories) and create the team backlog into thoroughly defined and deliverable items without compromising quality standards
- Prioritise the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives defined by the Initiative Owner
- Ensure all the development process about compile with GSMA Security Accerditiation scheme
- Provides technical oversight to other teams within the project/bid, ensuring that the designed solution is implemented as per the design and in accordance to the project/bid schedule and cost and quality constraints.
- Support the Engineering Team Lead by providing timely inputs to maintain the master schedule
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on eSIM cloud solution and Smart card in Telecom sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding on eSIM technology especially for Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) platforms, GSMA SGP standards for eSIM which including SGP.01, SGP.02, SGP.21, SGP.22, SGP.31, SGP.32 (additionally SGP.41)
- Strong knowledge and understanding: Computer Programming / Software Development, Cloud solution integration and mobile network architecture(2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication from a recognized institution
- Prefer to have technical knowledge with GSMA / 3GPP/ ETSI / Global Platform / ISO 7816 standard and Cloud solution
- Good technical knowledge on Over-the-Air (OTA) provisioning and Cryptography - Symmetric/Asymmetric Algo., / PKI / Authentication / Certificate
- Experience in writing product specification, reading technical documents (standard, product, solution document), project management, implementation.
- Ability to balance technical and business priorities, ensuring that product features are aligned with both customer needs and organizational goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
