- Major specializations are Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Materials Engineering
- Proven experience of around 3 years in the same field (Quality Technology in the Automotive)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level onwards) in speaking and writing
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Experience in Production/Equipment/Quality Management
- Possessing Expertise in the Automotive Industry and Motor-related knowledge
- Proficient in Quality-related Software (e.g. SPC, Minitab)
- Holding Qualifications related to Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA) - Six Sigma, DOE, ASQ-CQA, CRE certifications, etc.
