Hays company is currently recruiting for their client, an international company, specialising in the production of devices and parts for various industries, for the position of Chief Accountant.

Job description:

• Managing and overseeing all accounting operations, maintaining accounting records,
• Preparing financial reports and financial statements,
• Timely preparation of tax declarations and maintaining tax documentation,
• Verifying accounting documentation and controlling accounting entries,
• Collaborating with external and internal auditors and representing the company in tax audits,
• Preparing current analyses and reports.

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or General Ledger Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing company,
• Very good knowledge of the Income Tax Act and VAT Act,
• Knowledge of English at communicative level - B2,
• Developed analytical thinking and team management skills,
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments of the company.
