Your new company

is a Nordic energy company, focusing on generating and selling electricity, heat, and steam, utilizing renewable energy sources such as hydro, nuclear, and solar power. Currently, for the IT Hub in Wrocław, we are looking for a Java/Kotlin Developer, who will be part of an international team.

• Collectively responsible for team delivery and performance.
• Responsible for own development and strengthening the team's knowledge and competences.
• Collaborate and work independently to plan, design and complete backlog items.
• Suggest and explore new ideas to improve practices and way of working.
• Other responsibilities based on team needs and competence level.

• Growing skills in software development languages, practices, tooling and cloud capabilities - Java, Kotlin, AWS.
• Understands other software development disciplines like QA, DevOps and cybersecurity and knows agile methods
• Able to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders in organization
• Curious and willing to learn
• Team player: Eager to collaborate and help other team members, open to giving and receiving feedback
• Supports Product owner and Scrum master for example in product vision creation and backlog refinement
• Shares knowledge with others through pair programming, reviewing and mentoring
• Contributes to Fortum technology community
