• Deliver exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to continually enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for effective internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and improving their experiences.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
