For our client, big, multinational manufacturing company, we are currently looking for:

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Company: Our client is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing top-notch financial services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Accountant to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Transactional Level Processing: Accurately process financial transactions and ensure all entries are recorded in the system.
• Invoice Management: Enter invoices into the system and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
• Customer Contact: Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to financial transactions.
• Office Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including liaising with insurance companies and contacting suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
